~ Hospitals of Hope ~

Hospitals of Hope will ship a portable hospital constructed in shipping containers to the South Sudan in the near future. It will be on public display for the next month at the Methodist Women’s Hospital on 192 and Dodge. The general public is invited to stop and tour this three-unit Clinic-in-a-Can before its continuing journey to South Sudan. To arrange a tour, please call the church office at 402-498-9000.

The Library Committee is no longer accepting donations of library materials for the CPC Library. All donated materials will be directed to the library at the Douglas County Jail through the Good News Jail & Prison Ministry. ~ Prayer Shawl Ministry ~

If you would like to join our Prayer Shawl group, we would love to include you on the 3rd Thursday of the month at Sunridge Village on 132 & Blondo.  We have Christian fellowship and crochet or knit shawls to give to others who need to feel the love of Jesus and know that there are those who care and pray for them. We can help you learn to crochet or knit. You also may work on your shawl at home.
